Alcohol Concern has released figures showing NHS alcohol-related admissions neared 10 million during 2012- 2013. They have also updated their Alcohol Harm Map which can be found here.
Allergen Regulations
New EU rules on displaying allergen information for all food and drink will came into force on 13 December. This includes beer and wine, however the Morning Advertiser states fewer than half the venues are prepared and many licensees are unaware that they will need to provide this information.
