Anthony M Horne M.A. (Cantab)
Director
Anthony was educated at Manchester Grammar School and Cambridge University. He qualified in 1985 and spent the first part of his career with Burton Copeland where he was made Partner in 1988. Following moves within Manchester in April 1999 Anthony joinedWeightmans and was later appointed Head of the Licensing Department.
With the approval of Weightmans, Anthony entered into partnership to form Licensing Legal in September 2004. Following certain changes in 2011 Anthony has become the sole Director of this successful Licensing Firm.
Anthony has experience in most areas of licensing law and over the years has been involved in high profile cases such as the licensing of the first indoor velodrome in Europe, the first casino in Manchester for 30 years and a multi-faceted development in Manchester City Centre involving 16 site licences.
Anthony is listed in the top tier of the Legal 500 (2011)
Stephanie Williams (BA Hons)
Practice Manager / Licensing Secretary
Stephanie has worked within the Licensing Industry for the last eight years and moved fromher role in the Licensing Department of Kuits Solicitors in February 2011 to join Anthony at Licensing Legal in April 2011.
Stephanie assists Anthony in the lodgement of applications and is used to dealing withclients of all sizes and from all business areas. She is also responsible for Marketing within the Firm.
