Personal Licences

A Personal Licence allows a person to sell alcohol, or authorise the sale of alcohol. This Licence is issued by the Licensing Authority local to the area where the individual resides. The grant of a Personal Licence does not require a Premises Licence or even for the holder to currently be working at a licensed premises and can be a valuable asset for anyone working, or looking to work, in the Licensing Industry.

A Personal Licence lasts for a period of 10 years and may then be renewed for a further 10 years.
